Thank you for your interest in participating in our referral program. By signing up for the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility and Participation

  1. Referral Program Sign-Up: To participate in the referral program, you must complete the referral program sign-up form. Upon submission, we will provide you with a personalized referral code and a sample invitation email to share with those you believe would be great candidates for Soul Bird Consulting's Biographical Timeline Facilitators Cohort.

  2. Use of Referral Code: The person you refer ("the participant") must use your referral code when applying to the Biographical Timeline Facilitators Cohort. Failure to use the referral code will result in no payment.

Referral Payment Details

  1. Successful Registration Requirement: You will receive $50 for each participant you refer who:

    • Is accepted into the cohort.

    • Agrees to and fulfills the cohort’s payment terms.

    • Completes their payment in full.

  2. Unsuccessful Referrals: If the participant you refer does not meet the above conditions, you will not receive the $50 referral payment.

  3. Payment Method: Referral payments will be made via ACH bank transfer or PayPal. Payments made through PayPal are subject to additional fees that will be deducted from the $50 referral payment amount.

Payment Schedule: You can expect to receive your referral payout no later than the final day of the cohort, Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 or as soon as the participants full payment is collected.

Program Rules

  1. Unlimited Referrals: There is no limit to the number of people you can refer, however, an applicant can only use one referral code on their application.

  2. Program Integrity: Participants must use ethical means to refer others. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the referral program may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of payments.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in writing.
