The Polyvagal Players are YOu!
Polyvagal Players is a group of educators, human service professionals and/or family members that come together on a 4-week learning journey to:
Deepen understanding of your nervous system and how you can ally with it to create a more safe and social life
Ease into playful exercises that boost your immune system, calm your nerves, contribute to your self-confidence and self-worth
Mitigate against burnout and compassion fatigue as you build community with others looking for more joyful ways to sustain themselves in the work!
Why Does this Matter?
We know that play supports regulation between emotional states- from arousal to calm. Wouldn’t it feel great to invite more calm into your day?
We also know that we need play to feel safe in our bodies and access our thinking brains!
And we know that play can be activating as it taps into our vulnerabilities- that’s why we come together, as a group, we’ve got you!
